Is this bad treatment from girlfriend?

I'm honestly bit upset that it feels like girlfriend treats me bad. I asked if she wanted to webcam today, then she said "If I am awake." Early on in relationship (6 months so far) answer would been yes or no. But it seems like she stood me up hearing that from her. I don't think that I would hear that someone say it in this relationship if respect goes both ways. She is going through some stuff atm, but she seems no interested in setting timetable in hanging out either. People say that she gained control in relationship and likes walking over me and that she is just contend with seeing me on webcam or text message. Does it sound so to you guys as well?
