How to make your Eelektross remember Zap Cannon?
I just discovered that when my Eelektross was at level 72 all it could learn from the move tutor was Headbutt, Acid, and Discharge. Now it's at level 85 and it could now remember Crush Claw and Crunch. So I was wondering, is there any way for Eelektross to remember Zap Cannon?
